Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Elders Financial Services N.Z. Ltd. (formerly Yates Finance Ltd.), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 3rd day of May 1990, it appointed Peter Leslie Shaw of Hamilton, chartered accountant, whose office is at the offices of Messrs Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Bryant Trust Building, Alexander Street, Hamilton as receiver and manager of all the property of this company pursuant to powers contained in a debenture dated the 8th day of March 1985.

The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all assets and effects, wheresoever and whatsoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Westpac Banking Corporation, hereby give notice that on the 2nd day of May 1990, it appointed Russell Stuart Hay and Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountants, whose office is care of Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu, Tower 2, Shortland Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland (P.O. Box 33), as receivers and managers of all the assets of the above-named company under the power contained in an instrument dated the 23rd day of December 1988, being a debenture from Floral Supplies (International) Ltd. to Westpac Banking Corporation.
