NZI Capital Corporation Ltd (the “mortgagee”), hereby gives notice that on the 27th day of April 1990, it appointed Peter George Steel, Chartered Accountant, care of Price Waterhouse, 208 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, as receiver of all the income of the land comprised in certificate of title 32K/225 (Canterbury Registry) being land charged by a memorandum of mortgage, dated the 3rd day of April 1987, given by Modern Freighters Properties Ltd., in favour of the mortgagee.
