Declaring Road at Waimiha to be Acquired for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

All those pieces of land situated in Block III, Tangitu Survey District described as follows:

As shown on the plans marked as above mentioned and lodged in the office of the New Zealand Railways Corporation at Wellington.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Declared to be Road and Land Acquired for Road in the District of Wanganui

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and remain vested in The Wanganui District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1) declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Wanganui District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Wellington Land District—Wanganui District

Land Declared to be Road

All that piece of land containing 832 square metres, situated in Block V, Westmere Survey District, being part Lot 7, D.P. 1369; as shown marked “O” on S.O. Plan 35635, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Land Acquired for Road

All those pieces of land situated in Blocks V and VI, Westmere Survey District, described as follows:
