Declaration of Lands Along St Lukes Road to be Regional Road and Revocation of Declaration of Lands for the Purposes of Regional Road

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 363 of the Local Government Act 1974 and of any and every other power enabling it in that behalf, the Auckland Regional Council, at its meeting held on 19 February 1990, resolved as follows:

(a) That the roads, streets or parts thereof and other lands described in the First Schedule hereto formerly declared by resolution of the Auckland Regional Council to be for the purposes of regional road be declared and the same are hereby declared to be regional road within the meaning and for the purposes of the said Act, the prior agreement of the National Roads Board having been obtained and following prior consultation with the constituent Authorities of the districts within which the said roads and other lands are situated.

(b) That the existing declaration made by resolution of the Auckland Regional Council that the roads, streets or parts thereof and other lands described in the Second Schedule hereto which were required for the purposes of regional road are now no longer required be revoked.

First Schedule

All those roads or streets or parts thereof and other land situated in Auckland City in the North Auckland Registration District shown stippled on the Regional Council’s Drawing No. 720316-08. The said roads or streets or parts thereof and other lands are shown in detail on the said drawing but a general description is as follows:
