Declaring Regional Road to be Limited Access Regional Road
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 371 of the Local Government Act 1974, and of any and every other power enabling it in that behalf the Auckland Regional Council, at its meeting held on the 19th day of February 1990, resolved as follows:
That the St Lukes Extension section of the Greenlane-Balmoral-Mount Albert Regional Road between New North Road and Great North Road as shown on diagram No. 720316.09 and 10 be declared a limited access regional road with authorised crossing places and affected land as described in the Schedule hereto.
Schedule
All those roads, streets or parts thereof and other lands situated in Auckland City in the North Auckland Registration District identified and listed by reference lettering on the Regional Council’s diagrams 720316.09 and 10. The said roads, streets or parts thereof and other lands together with authorised crossing places are shown in detail on the said drawings but a general description is as follows:
