Declaring Land to be Crown Land at Gloyn Road, Onehunga

Pursuant to section 42 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

North Auckland Land District

652 square metres being part Allotments 57 and 58, Town of Grahamstown (part Proclamation 9658, North Auckland Land Registry); shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 67629, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Dated at Auckland this 20th day of April 1990.
