Road Realignment in Taupo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Taupo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that:

(i) The piece of stopped road firstly described and the land taken firstly described, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 44441, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 866, folio 246, subject to caveat H. 294078, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The piece of stopped road secondly described and the land taken secondly described, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 44441, and the land taken thirdly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 44661, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5D/1308, South Auckland Land Registry.

Declaring Land to be Road in the Whangarei District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland declares the land described in the Schedule to be road, which shall vest in The Whangarei District Council.
