Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

Amending a Notice for Stopped Road at Meybille Bay Vested

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, hereby amends the notice dated the 7th day of September 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 22 September 1989, No. 163 at page 4487 declaring stopped road at Meybille Bay to be vested by adding the following words after the last words of line 7 of paragraph 1.

“and shall be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 5D/1130.”
