Declaring Reserve at Te Aroha to be Set Apart for Railway Purposes
Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares the railway reserve described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

Declaring a Leasehold Interest in Land at Frankton to be Acquired for Railway Purposes
Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

Land Taken for a Hospital in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand declare the land described in the Schedule hereto be taken for a hospital, and I further declare that the said land shall vest in The Wellington Area Health Board on the 14th day after the publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.
