Special Conditions
- In the Tauranga Harbour and Little Waihi Estuary no maimai shall be erected that will impede the use of navigable channels and waters of the harbour or estuary.
- Maimais erected in the Tauranga Harbour and Little Waihi Estuary must be dismantled and removed at the close of the season.

(30) All that area of Lake Rotoehu known as Otatara Bay bounded by a line joining the western most point of Section 9, S.O. 3400 with the western most point of Lot 9 (Okahu Point), Rototti Blk. and extending inland from the shore of the Bay for 100 metres between the said points.
