Land Act 1948

Reservation of Land Classification and Vesting of Reserve

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto, as recreation reserve, and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, classifies the said reserve as recreation reserve and vests the said reserve in the Wellington City Council in trust for that purpose.

Reserves Act 1977

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waimakariri District Council, Change of the Purpose of a Reserve, Classification of a Reserve and Vesting in the Christchurch City Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation the Regional Conservator (Canterbury), hereby cancels the vesting in The Waimakariri District Council and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for a site for harbour board buildings to a recreation reserve, and classifies the reserve as such, and further, vests the said reserve in the Christchurch City Council, in trust, for that purpose.
