New Bank Registration

Notice is hereby given as follows, that on the 21st day of December 1989, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand announced the registrations of the following registered banks, pursuant to section 38D (3) of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964:

Conservation

Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation, hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and it shall hereafter be so held.

Schedule

Westland Land District—Westland County

20,000 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 11478, situated in Blocks XI, XII, XV, XVI, Gorge River Survey District; V, VI, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, XVI, MacFarlane Survey District. Being State forest by part New Zealand Gazette, 1919, page 1284 and part New Zealand Gazette, 1933, page 8. S.O. 11478.

Otago Land District—Queenstown-Lakes District

21,630 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 23070, situated in Humboldside Survey District; Forbeside Survey District.
