Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington, hereby amend the notice dated the 1st day of September 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 22 September 1989, No. 163 a page 4488, declaring land acquired for road (State Highway No. 6) in Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District by omitting from the Schedule ‘as shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 6816’ and substituting ‘as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 6816’.
