Traffic Regulations 1976

Approval of Revolving Amber Light for Certain Vehicle

Pursuant to subclause (8) of regulation 67 of the Traffic Regulations 1976, the Manager Safety Standards hereby approves the fitting of one revolving or flashing yellow or amber light to the vehicle being used by Michael Beetham during the Sequoiacentennial Celebrations cattle drive from Wainuiomata to the Wairarapa. This approval is subject to the following conditions:

1. The light shall only be used when the vehicle is engaged in escorting the cattle drive.

2. This approval shall remain in force from 2 February 1990 to 19 February 1990.
