Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (accessway) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that, the said land may be disposed of by the Matamata-Piako District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

South Auckland Land District—Matamata-Piako District

96 square metres, more or less, being Lot 13, D.P. S. 8368, situated in Block VI, Maungakawa Survey District. Certificate of title 795/290. (Cancelled.)

Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Vesting of the Reserve in the Tauranga District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of The Tauranga District Council to control and manage the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, vests the reserve in fee simple in The Tauranga District Council, in trust, as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the said Act.
