Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying Their Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Southland Conservancy, hereby revokes the reservation as reserves for communal garage sites over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Invercargill City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

1353 square metres, more or less, being Lots 461, 464, 546 and 551, Deposited Plan 5560, and Lot 538, Deposited Plan 5676, situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred. Part certificate of title B1/1299.

Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community use) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as road reserves over the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said lands may be sold by The Nelson City Council on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other lands for reserves.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the General Manager, Iwi Transition Agency hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1990, No. 8.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
