Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the Tahakopa River Scenic Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

Authority to Appoint a Reserve Board

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Deputy Director-General, Resource Protection of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the Regional Conservator for the West Coast Region to appoint such persons as he thinks fit to be the Reserves Board, to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a historic reserve.
