Road Realignment in Rotorua District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands
and Property of the Department of Survey and Land
Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in
the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The
Rotorua District Council,

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares that:
(i) Area “B”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 49365, shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 11A/
579, South Auckland Land Registry.
(ii) Area “C”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 49365, shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 11A/
578, South Auckland Land Registry.
(iii) Area “G”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 49365, shall
be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No.
11A/577, subject to memorandum of mortgage

Amending Notice Setting Apart Crown Land for Buildings of the General Government, Okaiawa

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District
Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New
Plymouth, hereby amends the declaration dated 11 October
1990, published in New Zealand Gazette of 18 October 1990,
No. 182, at page 3927, declaring Crown land to be set apart
for buildings of general government by deleting the description
for the land in the Schedule and substituting:
