Further Amending a Notice Declaring Land at Christchurch to be Acquired for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 10 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby further amends the notice dated the 8th day of October 1990, published in Gazette, 1990, No. 176, page 3811, declaring land at Christchurch to be acquired for railway purposes by omitting from the First Schedule the words “Part certificate of title 31F/1293” and substituting the words “All certificate of title 31F/1293”.

Public Works Act 1981

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land to be Set Apart for Education Purposes in Waitakere City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, amends the declaration dated the 24th day of May 1990, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 31st day of May 1990, No. 87, page 1957, setting apart land for education purposes in Waitakere City, pursuant to section 52 (1) (a) of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description of the land firstly described the words “10.8374 hectares, being Allotments 192, 193, 196, 197 and 507, Waikowhai Parish, situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District” and substituting the following, “10.6164 hectares, being Allotments 196, 197 and part Allotments 192, 193 and 507, Waikowhai Parish, being the balance of the land situated in the North Auckland Land Registry reserved for the purposes of general education by Proclamation dated the 28th day of July 1953 and published in the Gazette of 30 July 1953, No. 43, page 1216.”
