Land at Buckleys Road Set Apart for Recreation Reserve and Cemetery Purposes

Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby declares the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be set apart for recreation reserve and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be set apart for cemetery purposes and to remain vested in The Christchurch City Council.

First Schedule

Canterbury Land District—Christchurch City

All that piece of land containing 1.6220 hectares, being part Rural Section 1144; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 18385, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.

Second Schedule

Canterbury Land District—Christchurch City

All that piece of land containing 4123 square metres, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 17196. All certificate of title 32B/709.

Third Schedule

Canterbury Land District—Christchurch City

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 18385, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.

Road Realignment in South Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(i) Areas “E” and “P1”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58371 and Section 1, S.O. 58373 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 674, folio 206, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas “F” and “J”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 58371 and Section 2, S.O. 58372 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1C/610, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Areas “Q”, “R”, “V”, “W”, “X”, “Y”, “G” and “H”, now known as Sections 2 and 3, S.O. 58373, Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4, S.O. 58374, and Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 58376 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 690, folio 280, subject to middle line Proclamation H. 395560 and to gas pipeline easement H. 839724, South Auckland Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares the piece of stopped road thirdly described and the land taken, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 58372, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 674, folio 206, South Auckland Land Registry.
