The Water Recreation (Lake Aniwhenua) Notice No. 3, 1990
I, Thomas Edwin Law, senior advisory officer (Harbours Management), pursuant to the Water Recreation Regulations 1979 and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to section 28 of the State Sector Act 1988, hereby give the following notice.
Notice
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Water Recreation (Lake Aniwhenua) Notice No. 3, 1990.
(b) This notice shall come into force 28 days following its publication in the New Zealand Gazette and remain in force until midnight 21–22 November 1991. -
The Water Recreation (Lake Aniwhenua) Notice No. 2, 1990, is hereby amended by deleting paragraphs 1 (b) and 2 of the said notice and inserting the following paragraphs:
"1. (b) This notice shall come into force on 18–19 November 1991 and remain in force until midnight 21–22 November 1991.
For the purpose of the World Fly Fishing Championships and subject to the conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto:
— so much of the Water Recreation (Bay of Plenty Rivers) Notice 1979 as relates to Lake Aniwhenua on the Rangitaiki River, and
— The Water Recreation (Lake Aniwhenua) Notice 1990 is hereby revoked for the period beginning midnight 18–19 November 1991 and ending midnight 21–22 November 1991."

Approval of Form of Certificate for Certification of Compliance with Vehicle Standards Regulations
In exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, I, Richard Leslie Reynolds, Controller Vehicle Standards, hereby approve the forms of certification described in the Schedules hereto for the purposes of Regulation 8 (4) of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990.
First Schedule
For use on form MR2, Application for Registration of Motor Vehicle.

Transport Act 1962
The Traffic (Grey District) Notice No. 2 1990
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Grey District) Notice No. 2 1990.
The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
So much of the Traffic (Grey County) Notice No. 2, 1971, dated on the 27th day of October 1971, which relates to roads in the Schedule below, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and Regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is revoked.
Schedule
Situated within Grey District at Taylorville:
- Cambridge Street.
- Nile Street.
- Oxford Street.
- Taylor Street: from the southern end of Taylor Street to a point 250 metres measured northerly, generally, along Taylor Street from Trafalgar Street.
- Taylorville Road: from Taylor Street to a point 350 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along Taylorville Road from Oxford Street.
- Trafalgar Street.
- Waterloo Street.
- Wellington Street.

Pursuant to section 48 (2) (a) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986; and under powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport in an instrument of delegation dated the 31st day of August 1990; I, Warren Richard Gillespie Simeon, Controller Road User Standards, hereby approve the following organisations or instructors for the purpose of conducting courses pursuant to regulations 11 (1) (b) (i) and 32 (2) of the Transport (Drivers Licensing) Regulations 1987.
