ORDER IN COUNCIL
At Wellington this 15th day of October 1990
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 27 (1) of the State Sector Amendment Act (No 2) 1989, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
Order
-
Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the State Sector (Incorporated Societies) Order 1990.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of November 1990. -
Section 26 of State Sector Amendment Act (No. 2) 1989 to apply to certain incorporated societies—(1) It is hereby directed that section 26 of the State Sector Amendment Act (No. 2) 1989 shall apply to the bodies specified in subclause (2) of this clause as from the commencement of the 1st day of November 1990.
(2) Subclause (1) of this clause applies to the following bodies:
(a) New Zealand Nurses' Association Incorporated;
(b) The New Zealand Railway Officers' Institute Incorporated;
(c) The New Zealand Free Kindergarten Teachers Association Incorporated;
(d) The Education Service Paraprofessional Association Incorporated.

Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 1 November 1990, cancels the incorporation under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 of New Zealand Nurses' Association Incorporated, the New Zealand Railway Officers' Institute Incorporated, the New Zealand Free Kindergarten Teachers Association Incorporated, and the Education Service Paraprofessional Association Incorporated.
