Road Realignment in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(i) Area “B”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 52782, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 32C/27, subject to memorandum of mortgage H.743146.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “C”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 52782, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 32C/28, subject to fencing covenant in transfer 62055, and to memorandum of mortgage H.373609.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 27th day of June 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 July 1990, No. 113 at page 2321, realigning road in Whakatane District by:

(i) inserting “, “B”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 58589” after the word “respectively” in paragraph (c) (ii),

(ii) deleting “Area ‘G’, now known as Section 4, S.O. 56972” from paragraph (c) (iii) and substituting “Area ‘A’, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58589”,

(iii) deleting all reference to area “G” from the Second Schedule and substituting:
