Land in Otorohanga District Acquired for Road
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Otorohanga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

512 square metres, situated in Block III, Mangaorongo Survey District, being part Rangitoto A2A3 Block; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 52858, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
Dated at Hamilton this 4th day of October 1990.

Land Acquired for Road, Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in the District of Rangitikei
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Rangitikei District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Rangitikei District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth and Tenth Schedules hereto to be stopped and declares that:
(i) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 34C/167, subject to memorandum of mortgage 164153.8, 437744.2, 437744.4 and 770811.1.
(ii) The area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 34C/171, subject to memorandum of mortgage B.100735.4.
(iii) The areas described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 23B/757, subject to memorandum of mortgage 401030.3, statutory land charge 488023.1 and memorandum of mortgage 511773.1.
(iv) The area described in the Sixth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 24C/537, subject to memorandum of mortgage 401030.3, statutory land charge 488023.1 and memorandum of mortgage 511773.1.
(v) The areas described in the Seventh Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 25B/482, subject to memorandum of mortgage 401030.3, statutory land charge 488023.1 and memorandum of mortgage 511773.1.
(vi) The areas described in the Eighth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 269, folio 180, subject to memorandum of mortgage B.014917.2.
(vii) The areas described in the Ninth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 229, folio 205, subject to memorandum of mortgage B.014917.2.
(viii) The area described in the Tenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 252, folio 85, subject to memorandum of mortgage 129296.6, 995642.2, 995542.3 and 129296.8.
(d) Declares the land described in the Eleventh, Twelfth, Thirteenth, Fourteenth, Fifteenth and Sixteenth Schedules to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:
(i) The areas described in the Eleventh Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 34C/167, subject to memorandum of mortgage 164153.8, 437744.2, 437744.4 and 770811.4.
(ii) The area described in the Twelfth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 34C/171, subject to memorandum of mortgage B.100735.4.
(iii) The area described in the Thirteenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 23B/757, subject to memorandum of mortgage 401030.3, statutory land charge 488023.1 and memorandum of mortgage 511773.1.
(iv) The area described in the Fourteenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 24C/537, subject to memorandum of mortgage 401030.3, statutory land charge 488023.1 and memorandum of mortgage 511773.1.
(v) The areas described in the Fifteenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 25B/482, subject to memorandum of mortgage 401030.3, statutory land charge 488023.1 and memorandum of mortgage 511773.1.
(vi) The area described in the Sixteenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 229, folio 205, subject to memorandum of mortgage B.014917.2.
