which reference appears in the original notice signed on behalf of the Minister of Lands.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, amends the declaration dated 15 March 1989, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 March 1989, No. 55, page 1249, acquiring land for a telecommunications installation and
