Road Realignment in the Wairoa District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in The Wairoa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and the stopped road (now known as Section 1, S.O. 8622), to be amalgamated in certificate of title 12/1254, Hawke’s Bay Registry.
