by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said essential work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 20 working days of the publication of this notice to the Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

All those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Kumara containing 5.0851 hectares, more or less, being the land described as National Street, Zealand Street, Union Street, Colonial Street, New South Road or Houlahan Street and right of way on Deposited Plan 27 and being part Rural Sections 1924 and 1925 and being the balance of the land in certificate of title Register 4, folio 957, Westland Registry.
