Land Acquired for Commercial Purposes in Auckland City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired, together with the parking and drainage easements set forth on L.T. Plan 137232 and created by operation of section 90A of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for commercial purposes which shall vest in The Auckland City Council on the date of deposit of Land Transfer Plan 137232 in the Land Registry Office at Auckland.
