Local Government Act 1974

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block II Taranga Survey District, Whangarei District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, hereby declares that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, have been transferred to the Crown by the Whangarei District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Whangarei District

4237 square metres, more or less being unformed legal road adjoining part Allotment 67, Maunu Parish and Lot 6, O.L.C. 108, situated in Block II, Taranga Survey District, shown as “A” on S.O. 65374.

9656 square metres, more or less being unformed legal road adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 113828 and Lot 6, O.L.C. 108, situated in Block II, Taranga Survey District, shown as “B” on S.O. 65374.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Education Purposes in the District of Marlborough

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Senior Property Officer, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for education purposes and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington,

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The South Taranaki District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 472, folio 99, subject to memoranda of mortgages No. 727063.4 and 074622.6.

Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated

All that piece of road containing 1.2327 hectares (3 acres 0 rood 07.4 perches), situated in Block VIII, Wairoa Survey District, adjoining or passing through Section 398, coloured green on S.O. Plan 28278, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Road Stopped and Amalgamated in the District of Wanganui

Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the portions of road described in the First, Second, Third and Fourth Schedules hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the First Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 87, folio 211.

(ii) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20B/862.

(iii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 22B/990.

(iv) The areas described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 22B/989, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 947945.4

First Schedule

Wellington Land District—Wanganui District

All that piece of road containing 150 square metres situated in Block V, Westmere Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lot 1, A/770; as shown marked “M” on S.O. Plan 35635, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Second Schedule

Wellington Land District—Wanganui District

All those pieces of road situated in Blocks V and VI, Westmere Survey District, described as follows:
