Amending a Notice Setting Apart Crown Land for a Research Station

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier hereby amends the notice dated 31 May 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 June 1990, No. 95 at page 2082, declaring Crown land to be set apart for a research station by:

(i) Deleting from the Schedule the area “28.3510 hectares” and substituting “38.2510 hectares”; and

(ii) By deleting the file reference “Na. D.O. 3/74/8” and substituting “Na. D.O. 1/17”.

Land at Burwood Acquired for Road, Road Diversion and Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, the land described in the Second Schedule is hereby acquired for road diversion and the land described in the Third Schedule is hereby acquired for a recreation reserve and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.
