Redefining Purposes of a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 (5) (c) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the purposes for which the reservation was set apart in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 December 1931, No. 96, page 3585, is hereby redefined as a Maori reservation for the common use and benefit of the people of the Hinemaurea Marae as a meeting place and for sites for Papakainga housing.
