Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Senior Property Officer, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be limited access road which has become road, limited access road, and State Highway and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Declaring Land Acquired for Motorway Purposes in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto excepting parts of the subsoil of that portion as is below a plane ten feet in vertical height above the centre line of the roof of the tunnel of the Dunedin-Mosgiel Railway shown bordered red on copy of the plan deposited with Proclamation No. 2474 lodged in the Otago Land Registry, is hereby acquired for motorway purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 5th day of July 1990.
