Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block XIV, Rototiiti Survey District, South Auckland Land District, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, the Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by order dated 14 December 1964, to be road.

South Auckland Land District

All that piece of land known as part Whakapoungakau 15BSA, containing 0 acres, 0 roods, 10.1 perches, more or less, being situated in Block XIV, Rototiiti Survey District, as shown marked on M.L. Plan 19432.
A road widening strip 25 links wide be laid off along the Rotorua-Whakatane State Highway from the South Eastern corner of the Whakapoungakau 13B 2, 3 and 4, Section 18 Block along the eastern boundary to the northern boundary of the said Block, the said road widening strip to include a setting back at the south-eastern corner of the said block where the road meets the Rotorua-Whakatane State Highway and containing 0 acres, 0 roods, 19.4 perches, more or less, and being situated in Block XIV, Rototiiti Survey District, as shown on M.L. Plans 19895 and 19208.
All that piece of land known as part Whakapoungakau 13B 2, 3 and 4, Section 18, containing 0 acres, 0 roods, 15.4 perches, more or less, being situated in Block XIV, Rototiiti Survey District and as shown marked on M.L. Plan 19895, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at South Auckland.
All that piece of land known as part Whakapoungakau 13B 2, 3 and 4, Section 18, containing 0 acres, 0 roods, 4 perches, more or less, and being situated in Block XIV, Rototiiti Survey District as shown on M.L. Plan 19432, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at South Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and dated this 26th day of June 1990.
