Declaring Land to be Road in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in the Wellington City Council.

417 square metres, situated in Block XII, Belmont Survey District, being part Lot 1 D.P. 34856; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 36072, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road diversion and shall vest hereto in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.
