Declaring Land to be Road and Land Taken and Vested in the City of Porirua

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Porirua City Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Declares the land described in the Second and Third Schedules to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Second Schedule is amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 14C/193

(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule is amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 28D/880, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 988253.2.

Land Declared to be Road.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Road Declared Government Road, Stopped and Declared Crown Land in Block XI, Castlepoint Survey District, Masterton County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of February 1987, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 26 February 1987, No. 27 at page 960, declaring land to be road and road declared Government road, stopped and declared Crown Land by omitting “7968 square metres” from the Second Schedule and substituting “5349 square metres”.
