School Trustees Act 1989

Trust Notice
Pursuant to section 19 of the School Trustees Act 1989, and with the approval of the Solicitor General, the Public Trustee hereby gives notice and modifies the trusts of paragraph 5 (a) of the last will of Percival Wiliam Bushnell of Gisborne, retired printer, deceased, as provided in the Schedule hereto. Those funds were formerly held by the Gisborne High Schools' Board of Governors for the benefit of the Gisborne Boys' High School, the Gisborne Girls' High School and the Lytton High School.

Schedule

From 1 October 1989 the funds (both income and capital) formerly held by the Gisborne High Schools' Board of Governors pursuant to paragraph 5 (a) of the will of the deceased are to be divided equally among the Boards of Trustees of Gisborne Boys' High School, Gisborne Girls' High School and Lytton High School to be held upon the trusts of paragraph 5 (a) of the will of the deceased.
