Land Act 1948

Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation with the consent of the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.

1547 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 63939, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District. Part Deeds Index 14A/700.

Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, as recreation reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

North Auckland Land District—Auckland City

519 square metres, more or less, being Lot 5, D.P. 98115, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District. Balance certificate of title 636/92.

155 square metres, more or less, being Lot 4, D.P. 101220, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District. Balance certificate of title 54C/227.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the One Tree Hill Borough Council on the 22nd day of August 1989.

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the One Tree Hill Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land, held by the said Borough in fee-simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act, and further declares the said land to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act:

North Auckland Land District—One Tree Hill Borough

338 square metres, more or less, being Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 20110, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District. All certificate of title 3B/480.”

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Manukau City Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve and vests the said reserve in The Manukau City Council in trust for that purpose.
