Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, declares that, an agreement having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for electricity supply purposes and shall vest in The Bay of Islands Electric Power Board on the 8th day of June 1989.
