Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped in the County of Wanganui

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Wanganui County Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, and 117 and 120, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 22C/716, subject to statutory land charge 343840.1, and memoranda of mortgage 311195.2 and 268493.1.
