Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Property Officer, Department of Lands, Christchurch, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road which, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 8, and shall vest in the Crown.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land at Akaroa Acquired for a School Site
Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice dated the 19th day of April 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 April 1989, No. 75, page 1748, declaring land at Akaroa acquired for a school site by deleting “1.9930 square metres” and substituting “1.9930 hectares”.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Hauraki Plains County
Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Hamilton, hereby amends the declaration dated 12 May 1989 published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 May 1989, No. 85 at page 1962, acquiring land for soil conservation and river control purposes by omitting the words “and shall vest in the Crown” and substituting the words “subject to a water and electricity easement in gross created by transfer S. 143796, South Auckland Land Registry and shall vest in The Hauraki Catchment Board”.
