Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(i) Area “C”, now known as Section 2, S.O. Plan 57015, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1C/64, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 855787.4 and to statutory land charge H. 855787.7, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “F”, now known as Section 3, S.O. Plan 57015, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1B/290, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 537319, South Auckland Land Registry.

First Schedule

South Auckland Land District

637 square metres, situated in Block III, Mangaorongo Survey District, being part Rangitoto A14B No. 2 Block; as shown marked “D” on S.O. Plan 57015, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District

Situated in Block III, Mangaorongo Survey District.

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 57015, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Land Acquired for Road in the County of Oroua and the District of Manawatu

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wanganui:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Oroua County Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Manawatu District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Wellington Land District—Oroua County

Land Acquired for Road

All that piece of land containing 1647 square metres, situated in Block III, Kairanga Survey District, being part Section 32, Subdivision C, Manchester District: as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 34410, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Wellington Land District—Manawatu District

Land Acquired for Road

All those pieces of land situated in Block III, Kairanga Survey District, described as follows:

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 34410, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Land Acquired for Road, Molesworth Street, New Plymouth

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, New Plymouth:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The New Plymouth City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be road and remain vested in The New Plymouth City Council.
