Amending a Declaration of Land Acquired Subject to Certain Rights for Electricity Purposes (Housing) in Block III, Ruakaka Survey District, Whangarei County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Auckland hereby amends the declaration dated the 17th day of November 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 20 November 1986, No. 185, at page 4947, land acquired subject to certain rights for electricity purposes in Block III, Ruakaka Survey District, Whangarei, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the 6th line of the Declaration the words “fencing covenant” and substituting the words “fencing and restrictive covenants” and by deleting from the seventeenth line of the Declaration the transfer no. “95485.1” and substituting the transfer no. “954785.1”.
