Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road which has become road, limited access road and State highway, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of June 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 101, page 3035, declaring land to be road, road stopped and land taken in Otorohanga District by deleting from paragraph (d) (i) the words “No. 10B/374 subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 278503.1, H. 565129.3 and H. 565129.4 and memorandum of priority H. 565129.5” and substituting “No. 39A/207,” and further by deleting from the First Schedule thereto all reference to area “A”.
