Amending a Notice Declaring Land Taken for an Institution Established Under the Child Welfare Act 1925 in the City of Lower Hutt

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of September 1967 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 12 October 1967, No. 64 at page 1782, declaring land taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925 in the City of Lower Hutt by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following:

"All that piece of land containing 1 rood 19.33 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington RD. and being Lots 8 and 9, D.P. 26939. Part certificate of title No. E1/1054, Wellington Land Registry subject to No. 660823 Conditions of Consent by the Lower Hutt City Council to the creation of rights of way affecting Lots 8, 9, 13 and 14. Plan 26939 and also subject to No. 670417 easement certificate certifying the following rights of way to be the easement intended to be created by the operation of section 90A of the Land Transfer Act 1952.
