Road Realignment in Waitomo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waitomo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares that the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 51887, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1400, folio 64, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 371212.1, H. 776107.1 and H. 371212.2, and to land improvement agreement H. 561082, South Auckland Land Registry.

Land in Hamilton City Acquired for Pre-school Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for pre-school education purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
