Amending a Notice Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block VII, Maungaru Survey District, Hobson County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, hereby amends the notice dated the 25th day of August 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 June 1987, No. 90, page 2653, declaring stopped road to be vested pursuant to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981 by omitting the area of stopped road firstly described in the First Schedule thereto and substituting therefore the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto.
