Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block VIII, Taringatura Survey District and Block I, Hokonui Survey District, Wallace County and Southland County

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Invercargill, the District Manager, Department of Lands, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road, which, pursuant to section 11(1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 94.

Revoking a Notice Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway and Land Held for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway to be Crown Land in the Borough of Green Island

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin, hereby revokes the notice dated the 17th day of February 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 March 1989, No. 43, at page 982, amending a notice declaring land acquired for the Dunedin-Milton motorway and land held for the Dunedin-Milton motorway to be Crown land.

Land in Waitomo District Acquired for Road and for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road, and further declares that the land in both Schedules shall vest in The Waitomo District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
