Land Acquired for Road in the Southland County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Invercargill, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which, pursuant to section 11(1a) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the 4th day of May 1989.

Road Realignment in Raglan County

Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares the pieces of road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken, and further declares that:

(i) The pieces of stopped road firstly to thirdly described, inclusive (now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 51767, Section 2, S.O. Plan 51767 and Section 3, S.O. Plan 51767 respectively), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27C/219, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 135329.5, H. 300834.2 and H. 778867, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The piece of stopped road fourthly described and the land taken firstly described (now known together as Section 5, S.O. Plan 51767) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1284, folio 35, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 354260.2, H. 003634 and H. 171592, and to land improvement agreement H. 535004, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) The pieces of stopped road sixthly to ninthly described, inclusive (now known as Section 6, S.O. Plan 51767, Section 7, S.O. Plan 51767, Section 8, S.O. Plan 51767 and Section 9, S.O. Plan 51767 respectively), and the piece of stopped road fourthly described and the land taken secondly described (now known together as Section 4, S.O. Plan 51767) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 38B/22, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 354260.2, H. 003634, H. 039866 and H. 171592, and to land improvement agreement H. 535004, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) The pieces of stopped road tenthly to twelfthly described, inclusive (now known as Section 10, S.O. Plan 51767, Section 11, S.O. Plan 51767 and Section 12, S.O. Plan 51767), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 79, folio 227, South Auckland Land Registry.
