Maori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1989, No. 4.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981
Declaring Railway Land at Napier to be Set Apart for Buildings of the General Government
Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for buildings of the General Government.
