Amending Declaration Acquiring Land for Limited Access Road at Waitara

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the District Manager, Department of Lands, New Plymouth, hereby amends the declaration dated 22 February 1989 published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 March 1989, No. 37, page 869, declaring land acquired for limited access road in North Taranaki District by deleting the area “1.0704” for the land thirdly described and substituting the area “1.0540.”
